Any payment needing processing time will delay shipment of order until payment is cleared (ie: checks, e-checks)
What's my order's ETA?
Average processing time is only a day or two.
Your order will ship within one week of receipt of payment. (Unless size is marked with any number of *'s)
How long to arrive? Well that depends on where you are, we ship from Melbourne, Florida. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with standard travel time of 2-9 days.
Other mailing options can be requested.

Why don't you have my size?
Many clothing designers have "seasonal" lines. Items are available for that season and not produced again that year, so when my inventory sells out, I can't always get more.
There is hope, sometimes these items will reappear in later seasons. And sometimes, there's just a few left that we have access to but don't have in inventory, so feel free to ask!
And still sometimes, we just need to re-stock, so send you're inquiries.

We do not yet have a "brick & mortar" storefront, although it is a goal, so give us your money.
Mrs Black and our store display can often be found at Molly Roger Rollergirl Events around Brevard County, Friday Fests in Downtown Melbourne, Florida and other local events like car shows. We usually post our next appearance on the Home page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are currently set up to calculate at:
Domestic - USPS First Class - $2.50 per item
International - USPS First Class - $8.00 per item
Currently we cannot tweak the system to allow a base rate plus a smaller rate per additional item. SO we will issue refunds when to much shipping is charged for an order. Or you can contact us prior to order if you foresee a problem. Also feel free to contact us if you desire a different ship method.
What's the deal on accepting other stores' gift cards in lieu of cash?
Black Betty Boutique will now accept additional non-traditional forms of payment . . . gift cards for other stores!
Gift Cards & Gift Certificates must be valid and perfectly usable. Don't be the one person to spoil the offer for everyone.
Contact Mrs. Black prior to ordering for approval of particular gift card to use in lieu of cash.
Not all store gift cards will be accepted, but don't hesitate to ask.
